NXP's LMOS family comprises three series: XC7SH, XC7WH, and XC7SET. These can be more simply refered to as 7SH, 7WH, and 7SET. The products in these series are single-, dual-, and triple-gate versions of standard logic functions available in our new, high-speed VHC family, yet are offered in extremely small PicoGate and leadless MicroPak XSON packages.
